1. Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect information or failure to collect from a pick-up point will require the purchase of new shipping before resending.
If you choose to cancel instead, refunds will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.

Processing time (picking, packing, and preparing your order) takes 2-3 days.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and method selected at checkout. Please allow UPS a week or so to ship! It honestly depends on your location.
Please note: shipping times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods
We provide both standard and expedited shipping options. Availability depends on your destination and order size/weight. You can select your preferred method during checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, address, and order value.
Free shipping is available for qualifying orders above a set threshold (excluding digital products, pre-orders, Route Protection, taxes, and duties). This must be manually selected at checkout.
We may adjust, remove, or request additional payment if shipping costs are disproportionately high compared to the order value.
5. Tracking Information
If you choose a tracked service, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking to update after carrier pickup.
6. Restrictions & Exclusions
Orders may be restricted or delayed due to:
- Legal or regional regulations
- Incomplete or inaccurate addresses
- Payment or fraud concerns
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you. If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed according to our standard refund policy.
7. International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees required by their local government.
- Any order refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges will remain the customer’s responsibility, including return shipping costs.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or holds by customs authorities.
