Refund policy
Digital Products (Avatars & Assets)
No refunds on digital or virtual items, including VRChat avatars, assets, 3D/2D models, or artwork.
All sales are final since digital files are delivered immediately after purchase.
Physical Products (Clothing & Trinkets)
Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at customerservice@dippindotty.com within 14 days to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (avatars, assets, models, artwork)
- Gift cards
- Custom items, personal care goods, or other restricted products
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, you may return your original item (subject to the 10% restocking fee) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, minus shipping and the restocking fee.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
