The intellectual property rights to the content are not sold or transferred to users. Requests for the sale of IP rights will not be entertained.

What if I purchased a model twice by accident?

Partial refunds will ONLY be issued if customers have messaged us regarding accidental double purchases. You will need to join the server and send a ticket through the support channel with proof of the double purchase!

Partial refunds may be issued instead of full refunds due to the operation of our affiliate program and transaction fees incurred through platforms.

Intentional misuse of affiliate links for the purpose of obtaining refunds is not permitted and undermines the integrity of our system.

Customers who have utilized a discount code or affiliate link at the time of purchase may not be eligible for refunds, as these incentives are considered part of the transaction.

All models are designed with the intent to support VR Fullbody experiences. However, individual body proportions may vary, affecting the model's height. A refund will not be provided solely due to discrepancies in height.

Customers are prohibited from refunding a model to take advantage of subsequent sales or discounts. Attempting to do so will result in a ban from future purchases.

All models on this Website are private and must remain so. Sharing, making public, or distributing the models on platforms like VRChat or any other platform/website is strictly prohibited. Please do not do this. 

Users are not permitted to remake or resell the models or their creations without explicit permission. This counts for old and newer model designs.

Buying models for friends or partners is allowed; however, refunds will not be granted in such cases. To purchase for a friend, lover or etc., please use THEIR EMAIL so then the package is delivered to them and it is always linked to their account or buy them a gift card!

You will not receive a refund if you purchased incorrectly.

OTHER PEOPLE UPLOADING

In order to maintain the integrity of our models and prevent unauthorized distribution or theft, we have a strict policy regarding sharing and uploading. Please note the following guidelines:

• If Dotty avatars are involved in a commission, such as uploading, Unity edits, Blender edits, or converting models into a .vrm model for VTuber streaming, BOTH PARTIES MUST OWN A LICENSE TO THE SAME AVATAR. 
• Both parties MUST contact me via my Discord server ticket system or, if not accessible, via CONTACT TAB, showing proof of purchase and/or proof of gifting the same avatar involved in the commission.
• If you wish to have your friend upload the avatar on your behalf, they must also purchase the avatar themselves. Sharing the model or any associated assets is strictly prohibited.
• Trusting someone personally does not imply that we can extend the same level of trust. This policy is in place to safeguard against the unauthorized spread of our models and protect our community.
• Sharing the model or its assets with others is a violation of our Terms of Service (T.O.S.) and is strictly prohibited.

We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these guidelines, as they are crucial in maintaining the security and exclusivity of our models.

We would like to emphasize the following guidelines regarding the use and reproduction of our models:

• Copying any aspect of our models, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
• Purchasing our models solely for the purpose of learning and creating commercial models is prohibited.
• Creating models that closely resemble or imitate our designs is not allowed under the guise of "inspiration."
• Our models may be purchased for personal use and learning purposes only.
• Components or elements from our models may be used exclusively for personal projects.
